Hello, I’m Kendra Overall — brand strategist, designer, and founder of ko&co. I’ve spent more than 25 years helping small brands figure out who they are, how they want to be seen, and why their brand keeps misbehaving once it leaves their head. My background spans brand strategy, identity, marketing, partnerships, and visual communication — which is a long way of saying I’ve spent a lot of time helping people make sense of complicated things. When I started in marketing, we used fax machines and print proofs. Strategy came before the pitch, and design followed. Now it’s often the other way around: a logo appears, Canva gets involved, someone suggests ads, and everyone hopes for the best. That’s usually where I come in. Through ko&co, I help small brands bring strategy, identity, and design back into the same room, so the brand starts doing its job properly. Strong coffee, sunshine, and storytelling are still my essentials.
